- How does the TS golf ball compare to the Tour soft 372
- Hi Frank,
The Optima TS + (Tour Soft 372) is a newer upgraded ball, without having played the ball we could not give an honest opinion. However there will be marginal differences to it. From what we can see they have changed from a 338 dimple design to a 372 dimple setup.

- Has the cover been changed on the 372 to maybe a bit softer? I have been using the 372 for a month or so and I reckon the cover cuts up a bit more that the old 338. I'm going through these new balls quicker. Other than that it's behaviour seems to be similar to the old ball.

The cover should last as well as the older model. The wedges available nowadays tend to cut up ball covers much more quickly as they have larger grooves than a lot of the older models.
