  Does this fit a full set of clubs, ie 14 clubs including room for a Driver and Woods.
  
  Also does it offer much protection for the clubs, ie does it fold up or is it always upright with robust sides?

  Yes it does fit a full set of clubs but without head covers as they take up too much room and it is a bit of a squeeze. It does offer some protection as the clubs are fully covered but the walls of the bag are quite thin. No, it does not fold up, it has rigid sides and is upright. The top piece is the only flexible part of it. It is a great bag and has been a very popular model.
