Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we only ship to physical New Zealand addresses and orders are shipped via CourierPost, NZ Post and Retko Haulage.

Tracking/Estimated Delivery Times:

The majority of orders received are shipped the same business day. However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival date for your order, be sure to add 1-business day for processing of the order to the estimated shipping times below.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

Shipping Times:

Most orders received by us before 2.00pm NZ Time are shipped the same business day. If you received our order confirmation email Monday - Friday, before 2.00pm NZ Time, your order will be shipped the same day we received it. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped the following business day.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

Returns & Replacements

We know you're going to love our products, but just in case you're not happy with an item, we've made returns and exchanges easy! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any items for an exchange within 30 days of receipt of purchase as long as the item is in new condition (special order items, DVD's and Software are excluded). Please follow the simple instructions below to make your return easy and hassle-free.

In order for goods to be exchanged they must arrive back to us in the condition that they left, if possible they should be sent in the same packaging that they arrived in.The return shipping must be paid for in full by the customer prior to sending the goods back to the return address. If the customer is exchanging the item for another item, this will not qualify for free shipping and the customer will also be required to pay this cost.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.). shipments.

If you are not exchanging the item you will be issued a store credit to the value of the product/s being returned and will be allowed to use this at any time in the future. This credit can be used in person at one of our stores, or via our online shop.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Credit Cards are the preferred form of payment at www.golfwarehouse.co.nz orders paid for by credit card are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business day(s) (stock dependent) and will show on your statement as a charge from Golf Warehouse. All orders are charged in NZD dollars.

    Direct Deposit/Internet Banking. Order will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.
    Cheque. Orders paid for by personal cheque, business cheque or certified bank cheque will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared. Payment by this method may delay shipping of your order by up to two weeks.
    Money Order. Orders will be shipped once payment is received.

International Orders

For all international orders being shipped outside of New Zealand company policy will only accept payment via Bank Wire. Orders will only ship once full payment has been received for product(s) including shipping costs.
Credit cards will only be accepted for payment on international orders if the order is being delivered to a New Zealand address. Under no circumstances are credit cards accepted as a payment option for International Orders being shipped overseas.

Important information about payment:

Credit Cards are charged at the time the order is placed and deduction of funds occurs immediately upon order.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
We do not accept "cash on delivery" or "layaway plans" as a means of payment, however we do offer finance through FAI in our retail outlets.

Product Warranties

Golf Warehouse’s warranty policy covers our products for 12 months from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy. If the product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense including the freight to return the repaired or replacement product. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer.

Golf Warehouse's Warranty Policy has 4 resolutions to any claim made:

Wherever possible we will endeavour to repair any fault to a factory issue standard and return it to you at no charge.
Where repair is not possible or practical we will replace the product with the same or similar product.
If a repair or replacement is not possible due to the product being unavailable we will exchange it for any of Golf Warehouse’s products of the same value as your original purchase price.
Where none of the above solutions is possible or practical then you have the option of receiving a full refund or store credit.

Restrictions and exceptions:

As a result of copyright laws a refund or exchange is only available for the following products if the product is defective; 
• DVDs

NOTE: These products are still guaranteed under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Golf Warehouse LTD. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Here's what you need to do: 

1. Using a good carton, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice.

2. Complete the returns form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase.

3. Send returns to:

4. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund, or replacement. 

5. Once we have received the product we will assess the warranty claim and contact you to arrange the best solution for you.
