Enter For Your Chance to Win a SkyCaddie SG5 GPS and Annual Worldwide SkyGolf Membership

• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Limit one entry per household. The "Win a SkyCaddie SG5 GPS" (CONTEST) contest is open to all N.Z. residents 18 years or older. The registrant need not be present to win. Employees of Golf Warehouse, its affiliated companies, and immediate families of employees are not eligible. One (1) grand prize winner receives one SkyCaddie SG5 GPS + Annual Double Eagle membership, at an estimated value of $629.98.
  
  
• Register for the golfwarehouse.co.nz CONTEST by submitting a complete online registration form located on the left side of Golf Warehouse Ltd. web site www.golfwarehouse.co.nz or on via the signup form on the Golf Warehouse facebook page www.facebook.com/golfwarehousenz. It must be received by Golf Warehouse by 11:59 PM April 30, 2012. 
  
  
• Registration period for the CONTEST contest begins at 9:00 am March 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM April 30, 2012.
  
  
• Drawing will be held May 10, 2012 for the Prize. The winner will be notified via email from golfwarehouse.co.nz. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries at time of drawing.
  
  
• To claim the prize, the winner must respond to winner notification email no later than 11:59 PM May 20, 2012. If unclaimed by May 31, 2012 the prize will go unawarded.
  
  
• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternate prize. Winner accepts all responsibility for any shipping charges required for delivery of prize.
  
  
• Golf Warehouse reserves the right to use the winner's name and likeness in future promotional materials. Participant's registration serves as authorization for such use. Contest entry serves as authorisation to receive future Golf Warehosue marketing communication.
