TaylorMade Golf Tour Burner Irons with Steel Shafts each have an offset inverted cone clubface that gives faster average ball speed and longer distance on shots due to the thin and fast 2.2 mm face. That revolutionary face offers increased C.O.R., and the cavity badge delivers a super satisfying feel and sound and a clean, classic look at the address.

Questions on TaylorMade Mens Tour Burner Irons
- From Joe Byrne at 20/06/11 12:46 PM
- Hi,
Just wondering how long the sale price is available for? I have a lesson this weekend and, on the recommendation of the professional, would buy these clubs at the current price of $799.99.
Regards,
Joe - Hi Joe,
We will be running this sale price until the end of next week (or while stocks last). If you are close by you are also more than welcome to pop into any of our stores and try these clubs, we have PGA professionals based at each shop that will be more than happy to assist you in finding the right set of irons for your game.

- Hi,
- From Blake Korteweg at 1/07/11 1:32 PM
- Hi,
Was just wondering how do these clubs compare to the new Taylormade Burner 2.0 Irons? And can you get the 2.0 Irons?
Cheers
Blake
- Hi Blake,
The Tour Burner irons we're the predecessor to the Burner 2.0 and are very good irons which feature a number of the core technologies that have been further refined in the 2.0 (eg Inverted Cone location, vibration-management system).
TaylorMade has defined the distance gap between each iron in the 2.0's so that there is an even gap between each iron along with refinements to the sound and feel of the clubs. If you get the chance we would suggest trying both prior to purchase, however as the Tour Burners have been discontinued now that are an extremely appealing option due to their great price.
Either way you won't be disappointed.

- Hi Mike,
If you pop into one of our stores, our staff will be more than happy to assist you in a full clubfit.
If you fit one of the options we have available in stock we can do this free of charge, however as these are at clearance price we won't be able to include any additional adjustments (over our standard stocked options) that may need to be made.

- Hi there,
- From Alex at 6/09/11 6:58 PM
- Hi just wondering how many sets you have left at this price, also what would you say is a mid/high handicap?
- Hi Alex,
We have 4 sets of Tour Burner irons left. An ideal handicap range for this style of iron is 10 to 15 or a bit higher if your iron play is good.
