Basingstoke, Hants - TaylorMade-adidas Golf staff player Martin Kaymer impressed with an outstanding performance in Abu Dhabi leaving the rest of the field behind with an 8 shot victory.
Commenting on his triumph, Kaymer said: "I actually was surprised by my performance this week. This was probably the best golf I have ever played. My caddy and I had a very good strategy and I hardly made any mistakes."
In winning this tournament Kaymer was elevated to #2 in the official world ranking.

TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company today announced that 2010 PGA Tour Player of the Year Jim Furyk, currently ranked No. 6 in the Official World Golf Rankings will play a TaylorMade driver, Penta TP golf ball and wear adidas Golf footwear in 2011.
A 16-time PGA Tour winner, Furyk is coming off a career year that included victories at the Transitions Championship, Verizon Heritage, and the season-ending TOUR Championship. Furyk's widespread success culminated with PGA Tour's ultimate prize when he captured the 2010 FedExCup Championship at East Lake last September.

TaylorMade-adidas Golf Tour Staff professional Justin Rose, a multiple winner on the European Tour, earned his breakthrough victory on the PGA Tour yesterday by capturing one of the most prestigious events on the schedule, The Memorial Tournament.
The victory was the first for TaylorMade's new Corza Ghost putter. Rose used it to rank No. 1 in putts per green-in-regulation (1.585) and No. 2 in putts per round (27).
